December 24, 1935. Ernst A. Pohle, M.D., University of Wisconsin, Madison, Wisconsin. Dear Dr. Pohle: Just & line to advise you that we have had a decision from Judge Forman in the LaPorte case, which in effect states that there was no fraud practiced by our Corporation.st the time of the employment of these girls, or subsequently, and that there- fore the Court is compelled to dismiss the Bill in Equity seek- ing to restrain us from pleading the Statute of Limitations as a defense. Naturally, we are very happy with the decision, for we believe that it means the slowing-down, if not virtuslly the cessation of any further litigation in this direction. It is our opinion that the tesimony rendered by our ex- perts was very influential in aiding the Court in coming to the decision at which it arrived, and we therefore, wish to thank you again for serving in our behalf. With best wishes, and the Season's Greetings, I am, Sincerely yours, HHBarker:dk Vice-President
