Gentlemen:
It is very important that we know definitely,
as soon as practicable whether or not the insurance companies
are going to contribute to the amount suggested by Judge Forman
to cover services and disbursements of Mr. Emorglick.
I promised Judge Fake that he would have
word by the 10th of the month. It is very embarrassing not
to have him know one way or the othor, as he is desirous of
disposing of the matter as soon as practicable.
May I therefore suggest thet the matter should
be decided one way or the other without further delay?
