Re: LaPorte vs. U. S. Radium Corporation
Dear Mr. Gray:
We have your letter of February 26th wherein
you state that in view of the decision by the Court of Errors
and Appeals, the Globe Indemnity Company decline to further
participate in the LaPorte case.
We are much disappointed and of course greatly
surprised at the attitude which the Globe has taken, since we
certainly thought that they would stay with us until this La-
Porte matter was finally settled. However, there is nothing
which we can do but follow through the case to its finality
on our own account.
