Dear Mr. Lee:
All of the radium suits have been closed out
except the above. Mr. Creighton represents Lohenfinke,
Mr. Schne ider represents Connolly and Mr. Winans represents
Metz. I have tried to obtain discontinuances of these actions
by negotiation, without success.
Please advise whether you wish me to take
proceedings to compel dismissal of these actions. While I
doubt whether they would ever be moved, still, I think it
would be very wise to actually have these cases closed of
record and therefore recommend that we take the necessary
proceedings to have them finally disposed of.
