COLLINS & CORBIN COUNSELLORS AT LAW CLEMENT K. CORBIN ROBERT J. BAIN EDWARD A. MARKLEY CHARLES W. BROADHURST 1 EXCHANGE PLACE, HOWARD F. MCINTYRE JAMES B. EMORY JERSEY CITY, N. J. PATRICK F. MC DEVITT JOHN F. LEONARD JAMES J. LANGAN RAYMOND J. LAMB EARLE J. HARRINGTON STANLEY G. BROOKS April 8, 1936. Lohenfinke vs. United States Radium Corp. Connolly vs. If 11 11 If Metz vs. If If If If C. B. Lee, Esq., Pres., United States Radium Corp., 535 Pearl Street, New York City. Dear Mr. Lee: All of the radium suits have been closed out except the above. Mr. Crei ghton represents Lohenfinke, Mr. Schneider represents Connolly and Mr. Winans represents Metz. I have tried to obtain discontinuances of these actions by negotiation, without success. Please advise whether you wish me to take proceedings to compel dismissal of these actions. While I doubt whether they would ever be moved, still, I think it would be very wise to actually have these cases closed of record and therefore recommend that we take the necessary proceedings to have them finally disposed of. Yours very truly, EAM: AG APR9 1936
