MASSACHUSETTS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT OF PHYSICS CAMBRIDGE, MASS. April 22, 1936 Mr. H. H. Barker, Vice President United States Radium Corporation 535 Pearl Street, New York, N. Y. Dear Mr. Barker: I am dropping the question of the small radium cap- sules about which we have corresponded intermitantly for the past few months. Your files on this question can therefore be closed. I am reading a paper on radium poisoning at the National Academy meeting in Washington April 27th. I plan also to exhibit a new gamma ray detector of extremely high sensitivity. Knowing your interest in these matters I am wondering whether you plan to attend the meeting and if so, whether I might have the opportunity of meeting you for discussions? Most cordially yours, Robley RobleyD Evans. D.wans. Robley D. Evans Asst. Professor of Physics RDE:R APR23 1936
