Dear Mr. Lee: Our motion to dismiss the law and equit: y actions of the above title was heard by Judge Forman on the 8th inst. Mr. Creighton a ppearing for the plaintiff requested a two weeks' further adjournment in order to permit him to examine certain decisions of the United States Supreme Court which were recently handed down in silicosis cases. Judge Forman granted the application with the distinct understanding that this case will have to be disposed of two weeks hence. I shall keep you advised.
