Catherine Connolly and Thomas Connolly
vs. U. S. Radium Corp.
C. B. Lee, Esq.,
Pres., United States Radium Corp.,
535 Pearl Street,
New York City.
Dear Mr. Lee:
Herewith order dismissing the equity suit
and order dismissing the action at law.
Mr. Jacob Schneider of Messrs. Schneider &
Schneider who represented the plaintiffs, stated that his
clients would not authorize him to consent and therefore
he wished to have these orders drawn as though there were
no appearance.
Under even date I am also sending you
final dismissals in the Metz and Lohenfinke cases. I
believe we have now finally disposed of every action at
law or in equity arising out of the radium suits by the
dial painters. To make certain, however, please check
your files and advise me.
With kindest personal regards,
Sincerely yours,
EAM: AG
