Herewith order dismissing the equity suit
and order dismissing the action at law of the above title.
You will note that these recite that no one appeared on
behalf of the complainants in the equity suit or in behalf
of the plaintiffs in the law action. Mr. Winans, attorney
for the plaintiffs, originally opposed the application and
his clients never consented to the dismissal; therefore he
preferred that the order be drawn as though no one had
appeared in opposition.
