Dear Doctor;
As is customary, I am submitting
to you an estimate for a full upper porcedent
denture for Mrs. Edna Hussman, 50 Buchanan
Street, Hillside, N. J. which will amount to
ninety dollars.
Mrs. Hussman at present is wearing
a partial upper porcedent denture but her re-
maining teeth are loose and bothering her.
Therefore, they will have to be removed.
I shall appreciate an early reply
on whether to go ahead with this work.
