you a statement for 40.00 for dental
services rendered to Mrs. Edna Hussman
of 50 Buchanan St. Hillside, N.J., and
also an estimate for a, full upper Por-
cedent denture for 90.00 but have not
heard from you.

if you give this matter your early att-
ention.
