On September 12th I mailed
you a statement for 40.00 for dental
services rendered to Mrs. Edna Hussman
of 50 Buchanan St., Hillside, N.J., and
also an estimate for a full upper Por-
cedent denture for 90.00 but have not
heard from you.
I will greatly appreciate
if you give this matter your early att-
ention.
