Dear Mr. Barker:-
I should like to know whether you still
intend to prepare some free emanating radium
compound for the purpose we discussed some
time ago.
Since you have a small amount of radium
belonging to the hospital, I should like to
have some sort of receipt from you in order
to keep the records straight. The desirab-
ility of written records has been brought
home to me recently by the death of my wife,
whose first illness of any account in her
life proved fatal.
