JHH MEMORIAL HOSPITAL INCORPORATED 1884 WALTER DOUGLAS central PARK WEST AT 106TH STREET CHAIRMAN, BOARD OF MANAGERS HARRY PELHAM ROBBINS NEW YORK PRESIDENT CHARLES H. SIMMONS TELEPHONE ACADEMY 2-6140 VICE PRESIDENT EDWARD C. DELAFIELD GEORGE F. HOLMES TREASURER SUPERINTENDENT H. MORTON MERRIMAN SECRETARY February 16, 1937 Mr. H.H. Barker U.S. Radium Corporation 535 Pearl St. New York City Dear Mr. Barker:- I should like to know whether you still intend to prepare some free emanating radium compound for the purpose we discussed some time ago. Since you have a small amount of radium belonging to the hospital, I should like to have some sort of receipt from you in order to keep the records straight. The desirab- ility of written records has been brought home to me recently by the death of my wife, whose first illness of any account in her life proved fatal. With kindest regards I am Yours sincerely, h.Failla GF:KR G. Failla
