COLLINS & CORBIN
COUNSELLORS AT LAW
T K. CORBIN ROBERT J. BAIN
A. MARKLEY CHARLES W. BROADH
F. MCINTYRE JAMES B. E
Dear C. B.
You will remember that a few years ago
you left with me a copy of the summons and complaint
in the above action in the Supreme Court of the State
of New York, together with a report to Mr. Barker by
Dr. Flinn dated April 20, 1933. At the time you re-
quested me to act as trial counsel in the above action
for the defendant. Mr. C. Monteith Gilpin was the
attorney for the Ansonia Clock Company.
I imagine that this litigation has fallen
by the wayside, but before finally marking the file closed
I thought I had better inquire to ascertain its present
status.
There will be no charge for my services
as they will be rendered merely as a courtesy to you.
Trusting you and Howard Barker are well
and that you both had a fine vacation, with kindest
personal regards,
Sincerely yours,
Edward a. Markley
EAM: AM.
