- 2 - Dr. S.C. Länd Mar. 21,1938. The position would be one of responsibility and of course eventually would work into one paying fair compensation. Our idea would be to pay a reasonable initial salary of around $2400. per year, or possibly a little more, which would no doubt be of con siderable interest to a fellow fresh out of college.
