Teeth very carious. Tonsils hyper-

Heart not enlarged. Sounds of fair

slightly netallic in quality

Extremities normal
Impression: Essential hypertension,
obesity, hypertrophied tonsils,
carious teeth.
Is acceptable in spite of these
defects.
