Teeth very carious. Tonsils hypertrophied.

Chest Lungs clear to a and p.
Heart not enlarged. Sounds of fair quality.
No T R M A2 < P₂ accentuated, and slightly
metallic in quality. RSR

Blood pressure 170/106
Extremities normal
Impression: Essential hypertension, obesity, hypertrophied
tonsils, carious teeth.
Is acceptable in spite of these defects.
