Take 8th Avenue Subway to 59th Street-walk two blocks toward river.
Wash hair night before exemination, bathe and wear all clean clothes.
Bring with you a specimen of urine, collected early A.M. of day of
examination.
If you cannot go, please inform Plant Manager, who, in turn will notify
Personnel Department.
