Take 8th Avenue Subway to 59th Street - wilk two blocks toward river.
Wash hair night before examination, bathe and wear all clean clothes.
Bring with you & specimen of urine, collected early A.M. of day of
examination.
If you cannot go, please inform Plant Manager, whole, in turn will notify
