proxinity with the person of the plaintiff, Edna Hugenan thore the said
Flaintif: was lomfully entitled to be and the snid defendants
hogliment in that they carolossly and negligently placed said substances
so thot the plaintif9, Rdna Hussmon was exposed to the penetrativo rays
of the soid substances, inhaled the dust of the said radionetivo sub-
stances and the oronations thereof and inzosted the some to the prost
of the said plaintiff, Bana Pussman.
5. Plaintiff, Edna uns not inforned or warned and hod no
Imoglodgo of the naturo of the said dancorous radionetivo substances
into close prozinity with which she tas by the defendants noglicance

6. Plaintiff, Rdna Hussmon una exposed to anid radiosetivo substancos
for the prenter part of the day time during a period of time from on or
about the firot day of June, 1917 to on or about the first day of February
1921, at the plant of the defendant, United States Radiun Corporation
horeinbefore reforrod to in 1 of this count and from on or
about the first day of Fobruary, 1921 to on or about the first day of
September, 1921, at the plant of The Luninite Corporation, reforrod to
in para/Togh a of this count.
7. ny reason of the nerdirence as heroinbefore sot forth
in para/raph 4 of this count, the body of tho plaintiff, Edna H
beceme impremated with anid radionetivo substances.
