U.S. Radium Corp. Attention: Mr. Markley. Dear Ed: In these cases I would like to have a copy of the employment record. You will recall that I made an application in the LaPorte case for an examination of the books and records of the company, and we stipulated that in lieu thereof you would furnish me with a photostatic copy of the employment card which you charged was the only record of the company. I would like to obtain similar copies in these two cases, and wonder whether you will submit them without my bringing on a motion for that purpose. I do not want to be considered as waiving my rights to apply for the examination of the books and records, but for the time being will be satisfied, if you are willing to do so, to have you sub- mit photostatic copies as stated above. Cordially yours, LJE:D LEONARD J. EMMERGLICK
