Floods--var.scs, of placing the huge caisson in the openinge-fortify it
with stones after it is put in placeoofinishing up the installation-s.
the third caisson put in place the next day to complete another section
==even as this one was fortified the 4th one is brought near==the next
day as the 4th caisson(final one) was fortified, the Queen and Prime
Min.Drees witness the gates to permit praper flow thru
