(A) EL SEGUNDO, CALIF: (lightning
sets off oil refinery fire-thick billowing black
smoke rising-hard hats watch, pan to flames, thick smoke-same from be-
hind parked truck, pan up cloud of snoke overhead-flames & heavy smoke
swirling-white smoke from chimney combing with heavy black smoke from
fire (good shot apparently)--people watch-cloud of smoke over factories
(B) TUCSON, ARIZONA+(nite on scene pour water on blaze-
DAY SCS:pan shopping center where AF plane hit after pilot & other man
aboard ejected after trying to land it on golf course-debris, bldg-
firemen hosing produce on shielves, burned burned frame
of building 1253 as arecitage are devis, divired debris Lying
