demonstrated by special device--instrument consists of two neon lamps
carrying a current of high voltage electricity--when a motor noves the
plate of glass between the electrodes, current is shut off--thermed
resistance of glass shown by device where glass rod is heated to more
than 1000 degrees, suddenly brought into contact with water without
breaking glasseepan int.modern glass factory--girl lights cigarette
from molten glass in pilot plant--heat in this area ranges to 2300
degrees - amusing sidelight is this radiation device for measuring
