with stones after it Is put in up the installation-e-
the third caisson put in place the nexi day to complete another section
-even as this one was fortified, the 4th one is brought neare=the next
day as the 4th caisson (final one) was forelficd, the Queen and Prime
Min.Drees wicness same 6M opening the gates to permit proper flow theu
