Army control mine which evidentally broke loose from its moorings
in
SF harbor where it had been placed during WWII to protect SF shore--
crew removes some 2000 lbs of the TNT and washes it out to sea in
small doses==demo crew under Chief Guriners Mate C.S. Russell--xeu
Navy and police question Mr.M. Radicalli,his boys (with their dog) who
discovered the mine while walking on the beach--explosion when the
balance of the explosive was intentionally detonated to destroy it
