hull of 36 ft.LCVP(Landing Craft lehiclesPPersonnel)--(inverted for
further work)--at table RAdm.Hugh E. Haven,Commandant of Puget Sound
Naval Yard and RAdm.Allan E.Smith,Commandant 13th Naval Distritet as
they look over samples of plastic chemicals used in building the boats
--Adm.Smith tosses piece of styrofoam which makes boat unsinkable--
workers put fiberglass mats on form for one of the 12ft.wherries--move
one of the wherries to mold--hoist into position and fasten--workers-.
mixing plastic "gocey"in tank which will be pumped into mold to form
boat worker hook up hoses and turn valves to pump plastics into mold
