Several months back you explained to me that details who are Special
Assistants to the President are not eligible to receive their commission
certificate until they have been here for a year. I am happy to report
that Julie Fernandes, Special Assistant to the President for Domestic
Policy has now met that requirement. Who do I need to notify about
getting her certificate.
