We, at The Empowerment Network Foundation, are delighted that
you will be participating in our Asset-Based Welfare Reform
Symposium, July 14-15, 1993, at the Best Western Old Colony Inn, in
Alexandria, Virginia. We are inviting you to give the keynote
address during the opening plenary session which begins at 1:00 PM
on Wednesday. Your observations and analysis of the
Administration's views will help to set the stage for discussion to
follow over the course of the next two days.
