The Institute for Contemporary Studies will publish a journal
containing the working papers and a summary of the deliberations
and recommendations from the meeting. Papers will be distributed
to the invited participants for their review a week or DO prior to
the convening of this critical empowerment event. In this way, we
will maximize the use of the limited time available.
Dr. Gerald S. Leighton is coordinating the overall seminar
effort. Please contact him or me on (703) 548-6619 concerning your
time availability to participate.
I am certain you will find this an excellent opportunity to
exchange ideas and redirect welfare policy toward empowerment.
