presented to general plenary session reform
10:45 AM - 12:00 PM - Return to Plenary Session
A representative from each of the break-out sessions will present a summary of their
discussions and recommendations to shape the formula for a new construct/paradigm.
12:15 - 1:45 PM Lunch session - Kcynote address, Bob Woodson, Sr.
12:30 PM - Press Conference for Cosponsors and other key speakers
While Ten will organize this press conference we are encouraging
you to generate some media coverage through your local press outlets.
2:00 - 4:00 Closing Plenary - Implementation Campaign: Immediate Action Strategies to
launch at both the national and local levels

At a minimum next steps will include:
1. Publication of post conference Journal and preparation of legislative/policy
proposals. The Journal will include the monograph series along with a synopsis of the
recommendation and strategies offered as a result of the symposium
2. Structure a program of advocacy for state waivers
3. October conference with ALEC (Brunelli presentation)
4. Technical assistant program for community based organizations.
