REVISED INTERIM EVALUATION REPORT DEADLINE. 16 (a) IN GENERAL-Section 414(d)(1) (42 U.S.C. 604 note) is amended by striking 17 "calendar" and inserting "project". 18 (b) TRANSITIONAL DEADLINE.-Notwithstanding the amendment made by 19 subsection (a), no first interim report shall be due earlier than 90 days after enactment of this 20 section. 21 SEC.10. INCREASED APPROPRIATIONS FOR EVALUATION EXPENSES. 22 Section 414(e)(42 U.S.C. 604 note) is amended by deleting "The Secretary" and the text. 23 through the period and inserting "Of the amount appropriated under section 416 for a 8 IL #:0015 56E 202 10:02 : 0 -00-9 SENT BY
