Of course on number 2. On the first question raised by Ray , I don't know how they can be retroactive, unless a specific provision was written in to make them so. A law is normally effective after enacted or even at a later date, when stipulated. I have a call in to the attorney working on this and I'll let you know as soon as I talk to him. If we have to write something into the law to make these amendments retroactive, I think that would be a bad idea which could stir up trouble we don't need. We have discussed this issue before and had decided that there are not that many participants out there yet to cause any difficulties. The amendments are more liberalizung than restriting, so I think we will be fine. Anything tht detracts from the objective of getting them passed, I think would be bad.
