1) Ray B. asked whether these amendments will be retroactive. There's
nothing in the language that affirmatively prohibits that - do you know how
to find out the answer? Do you recall any conversation about that issue?
2) We talked about getting the TANF q & a on the IDA listserve that CFED
manages - and sending it to the grantees. Will you let us know when those
things have been done?
3) I've asked the OMB folks to help us move forward on USDA/HCFA help
position you to send out a letter informing states about how to take action
to provide that IDA funds deposited by a participant are not considered in
determining an individual's eligibility.
