Also, OMB may\nhave further questions on the Food Stamps measure. Once that is done, additional changes to the\npreamble, and a decision about the distribution of funds must be completed.\nTimeline:\nWith a Thursday conversation on the family formation measures, we will probably end up with at least one\nmore go-around, meaning that family formation can likely be completely settled by Thursday July 13.\nWith a Thursday passback on child care (or Wed. afternoon) and possibly a Friday or Monday call, child\ncare can likely be completely settled by Friday the 14th after one more passback.\nAll other outstanding issues (job retention, percent change, Food Stamps, all updated change pages) can\nbe settled throughout, meaning that by Friday July 14th we can have the major issues settled.\nThen, we'll need to make a decision on the distribution of funds based on the decisions about the\ndistribution of funds, based on the decisions about a child care and/or family formation measure. If both\nmeasures are left out, or both measures are placed in, it will likely take a day or two to complete this\ndecision. Also, changes to the preamble based on the decisions made will need to be completed. We\nshould be able to finalize all of this by Wednesday or Thursday (the 19th or 20th) and have the rule\ncleared by the 21st."
