REMARKS: Here's a piece we did earlier that gets to the crux of the
difference we are having with the R's -- the issue of mandating a study with
a national control group. GAO is behind this effort, including that their
recommendations be legislatively mandated -- despite the fact that leading
researchers do not think it makes sense. Lets stay in touch on this.
