Subject: Re: Ticket Requests
Thanks very much. I'm sure it will all work better with our imporved communications.
Each office has an allotment of tx to ask for, and should be asking for them on a regular basis.
Normally, this is how staff get guided tours. Otherwise, guests are put at the head of the public
tour line.
We consider OFL special, we understand you have increased needs for friends/visitors of HRC,
Melanne and Ellen. These ARE priority requests which will be accommodated. Unfortunately,
tickets are so scarce that requests for staff, interns and volunteers, no matter how special they are.
to your office, are not, in other offices, special enough to justify tx on a booked day. (If I'm saying
"no" to Senator Moynihan, then I have to say "no" to WH staff.)
Adding the information we requested will be a big help. I looked for Carrie's name in the directory
and did not find it, so had no idea who she is. (And don't really have the time to do that for ticket
requests.)
Is there other information which would be helpful to you? Thanks!
