Jazz Festival List
CC:
Maggie Williams
Attached is the proposed list for the Jazz Festival. It contains
many more people than we will invite. Please note that it does not
yet contain suggestions from Maggie or Capricia. Also, Lisa is sub-
mitting a press list on Tuesday -- after she meets with Maggie and
Dee-Dee to develop one. I'll send it to you on Tuesday evening.
When you have a chance, mark through anyone that you do not want
invited to the Festival. The invitations are ready and can be in
the mail within 24 hours after I receive your list.
Also, note that the Smithsonian list is great for names that will
add Jazz authenticity and flavor to the event. They just did an
opening for the Duke Ellington exhibit so the list is current.
Many thanks.
