Iraq
-- I appreciate your support in renewing Operation Provide
Comfort and in supporting the humanitarian relief effort in
northern Iraq.
-- I will continue to insist that Iraq fully comply with all
its obligations under the UN resolutions and respect the no
fly zones.
-- We are concerned that the Iraqis are building up their
surface to air missile infrastructure in the no fly zone. We
want to stay in close touch with you as we consider how best
to respond.
