I alone with others are outraged that any empowered military
arm of the United States sees itself as above the directive of the
President of the United States, its a lawfully elected members of
Congress and most importantly the Constitution of the United
States. The unlawful actions of the Air Force in regards to the
vicious prosecution of a Captain presently serving at Hickam Air
Force Base, Hawaii is not only a complete waste of my tax
dollars is an affront to the authority that rules this land. That
authority belongs to the those elected to serve; not those that
wear uniforms entrusted to serve this country.
Clearly, the actions of the Air Force prove that this branch of the
Armed Forces sees itself above the law. This very well marks the
beginning of military rule of this country. This "attitude" is not
acceptable. I and many others will not stand idle and let this
matter go unnoticed. We will challenge it!
As a citizen of this country I demand that you abide by the
directives set forth the Commander-in-Chief and Congress and
put an end to this injustice. This action demeans the Air Force
and this country.
Presently the uniform of every solider is tarnished, because of
the unlawful actions of a few. It is simply your duty to act with
courage and fairness and to stop this escalation of a violation of
the law. Advise the President to have the courage of his
convictions and make all America stand up be proud.
What will be not be allowed after this? Will those that serve the
arm forces be selected on a basis of religion, race or political
beliefs. If this seems unlikely, I think you underestimate the
seriousness and the importance of the words "FREEDOM and
