According to McFadden, who called again this morning,
Nash's policy is absolutely right. However, there is no problem
with you saying to Dominic Baranello that although you cannot
personally get involved in this, he is free to call Deputy
Associate Attorney General John Dwyer at 202-514-4969
She will
alert Dwyer to expect the call
At some point, DOJ will probably change the trustees to
political. That has not happened yet. You need to stay away
from it -- that's her best advice.
