Dear Mr. Speaker:
I am writing in response to your 13 May letter regarding funds
owed by New York State's Job Development Authority to the
federally funded Al Tech Trust Fund.
I have been assured by Mr. Phillip Singerman, Assistant Secretary
of Commerce for Economic Development, that the federal Economic
Development Administration intends to vigorously pursue repayment
of all funds owed by New York State to the Al Tech Trust Fund.
