Dear President Clinton and John:
John, you've talked with me a couple of times before this and found my information useful. I'm
trusting you have some vague memory of that at least and will be kind enough to seriously consider
the information and recommendations in the two letters faxed to you today. I hope this information
will be useful and helpful enough to forward to President Clinton and Vice President Gore. Keep
him in the loop, please. He can be a great help.
Besides majoring, and getting double degrees in history and anthropology, long ago, I went back
to college and graduate school a few years ago and acquired effectively another degree in international
public relations (business and marketing minor) and stopped about half way through a master's degree.
The two enclosed letters are the blueprints for the political, PR and even partly the military campaign
you need to wage to beat the Serbians and end their genocidal reign of terror in the Balkans.
