factual and legal underpinnings (originally provided to OMB in January of this year).
An outline of the current status of settlement efforts in each of the negotiations.
A reference table which provides more detailed information about each of the claims
(number of acres affected, parties, legal posture of the case).
A reference table which provides summary information about federal contributions in
previous eastern Indian land claims settlements.
