Segal Office of National Service The White House 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue Washington, D.C. 20500 Dear Mr. Segal: I was very pleased to hear of President Clinton's plan to establish a national volunteer service. I believe in the values one gains by doing service to others and the gifts given to those served. I am an Ursuline Nun of Cleveland and my community is one of the sponsoring institutions of Ursuline Companions in Mission, a national organization recruiting and placing volunteers in direct service to the poor. I am requesting that Ursuline Companions in Mission be included in any national program and/or funding that comes out of President Clinton's Office of National Service. Please direct your response to this request to Gayle Sims, OSU, President/Director our organization at our national office. Gayle Sims, OSU Ursuline Companions in Mission, Inc.
