THE WHITE HOUSE THE WHITE HOUSE WASHINGTON February 10, 1995 Dear Mr. President, Thank you for giving me the honor of serving you as Assistant to the President and Director of Presidential Personnel. I have enjoyed the challenges that Personnel has offered and feel very good about what our team has accomplished. Mr. President, you should feel great that people with outstanding qualifications are part of your Administration and others are still aggressively seeking to be members of your team. I leave with great pride and admiration for all of the people that are working hard and serving you well. As I return to my family in Atlanta, Georgia, please know that the entire Biggins family, Franklin, Dawn, Kenzie and I, look forward to continuing to support you, and your Administration's agenda. My resignation is to be effective February 28, 1995. I look forward to working in the 1996 campaign. Sincerely, Veronica J. Veronica Biggins alexis FYI Caronica
