A REPORTER is DILEMMA
I'm one of the few accredited African Reporters in D.C. for the past
15years making me perhaps the most visible Afrian purnalist. Dr

under the Federal Espronage Act 18 use 793(e) in the District Court, for

of Africans in the USA, I have interviewer such promisent officials
as Vice President Daa Quagle after his Afivian tour of late 1991 and
retured chairman of the House African sub- Committee, M. Dymally (1)-CA).
I have attended numerous palot conferences with Afrean leaders
including President Mandela of South Afria; Senegal Diop, Zimbabre
Mugabe and Cameroon's Paul Buya.
I'm a Christian (Catholic) originally from Cameroon, I'm 45
years old. I studied at the Johns Hopkins University School of
Advanced International Studies (JHU-SAIS) 1980-82 for an MA
and Howard University Graduate School of Arts and Scrences,
Department of African Itudies, for a PhD in 1993. I also
have an African British, and French educational
background with certificates from Cambridge and Livieon
Universities.

and services provided by my organization The Afriaa/DC

Enclosed herewith is a Bible Study Plan prepared for
myself and others using topics and Scripture found in the
Syntopicon of Great Books of the Western World.
Do you have computer disks for sale containing topics
and Scriptural references pertaining to the Bible? If so
what is the cost?
Also, what is the cost of Volume I of the Syntopicon
published in 1952?
I don't know what the Souther Baptist Convention will
think about this study plan but I have an inkling about their
reaction. I shared the plan with a Souther Baptist Preacher
and four members of his congregation here in Mt. Vernon, Ill.
and for three days an entity was dragging my tracks.

I believe in the Syntopicon. Without the Syntopicon I
really don't know how I could have gotten into a study of the
Bible. The Syntopicon makes a Bible Study come alive and
enables a person to stick with a study month after month and
year after year without ever becoming bored.
Ephesians, 2:1-2 says this: "You were dead in your trans-
gressions and sins in which you once lived following the age of
this world, following the ruler of the power of the air, the
spirit that is now at work in the disobedient----", It seems
rather odd but I have met many persons who have said that they
have been "born again", but I have never met a single one that
would admit that he ever followed the ruler of the power of the
air. I wonder why this is? I wonder if it is possible for a
"born again" person to hear the "power" of the air? Without
television!
I am sure God knows the one who loves His Holy Word and those
whom he fore-knew he predestined to share the image of His Son
that the Son might be the first-born among many brothers. The
first-born from the dead. Resurrected from death to life and
enrolled as a first-born in Heaven along with Jesus the mediator
of a New Covenant and God the judge of all.

No, he didn't say that. Did he say that I was not valorous? No, he didn't say
that. Did he say that Iwas. not faithfully devoted to duty? No, he didn't say
that. But he did say this, "The patient (that's me) was born on 20 December 1923
in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. Apparently his economic situation during childhood
was very poor." When I was drafted in 1943 the Army didn't ask me if I came from
a poor family. Why is he accusing me now of being poor?

writing essays." For five years in Detroit I studied the Great Books authored
by such men as Homer, Aristotle, Plato, St. Thomas Aquinas, Shakespeare, William
James, Sigmund Freud and dozens of others. I wrote essays. I still do.
And then he put in a lot of Psychiatric "gobble-de-gook" which means essentially
that I am the kind of person who couldn't find his own rear end with both hands.

of the United States of America and on the sixteenth day of June in the year

grade of Major in the Army of the United States, effective date of Commission
being the twenty-ninth day of September nineteen hundred and sixty. This Commission
continues in force during the pleasure of the President of the United States of
America under the provisions of those Public Laws relating to Officers of the
Armed Forces of the United States of America.
Mr. President I implore you in the Name of Our God refute the enemies of our
independence. Restore this Officer to his proper place. He has suffered enough.
His disgrace has been overwhelming. Call this Old Soldier back for just one more
short tour of active duty. Sixty or ninety days. Promote him to Colonel and see
