I have the honor to return hesewith Discharge,
Confidential and Memoranda 1Form 41/in the case of
andrew Hytower, late Put Co. E. 79th US.CT,and respect-
fully call attention to discrepancies in Confidentialand
Discharge of this man. Confidential says that he enlisted
13ᵗʰ of Jany 1863, and was mustered in same day, Discharge
says he was enrolled aug 12ᵗʰ1862. If an error has been com=
mitted in copying, please have the Confidential corrected
and returned to me to-gather with Discharge & Memoranda,
