    "ocrText": "114\n115\nNew arleans, La, August 9 1873\nNew Orleans, La, August 1873\nadjulant Genual\nForms nos10 and 11.\nReferring to letter of the linst from your office. authorising\nSuspension of payments, 40, and to my letter of this date acknowledging\nKew Orleans, La, August 11 1873\nreceipt thereof, I have now the honor to State that Since my letter\nadjutant General\nSir:\nwas written I have paid / claimants, and that these include all whom\nI have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your come\nI expected to come, or who and likely to come to New orleans, for payment,\nmunication of the 6. inst authorizing the Surpension of pay=\nat this beason.\nments until adober! 1873, should that coursel be dumed advisable,\nd am Sir\nand permetting me to absent myself until that date td.\nFery respectfully\nI shall Susfund payment for the time named, because it\nyour obedint Servant\nis thought that in the interior but very few payments could\nM Hunll\nbe made, daimants generally being engaged upon crips which\nMajor Cavalry\nthey would be very relectant to leavel, and which would Suffer\nDisbursing Offer\nmow or less in case of absence of claimants and wilmsses\nI shall also avail myself of the privilege to be absent from\nthis station and during my absince my address will be Namishing Penn\nNew Orleans.
