have been directed to forward to your address,
per Express, articles of the stationery as for
your estimate of the 8th insh accompanies
with an invoice, in duplicato, one copy
of which you wies please acturns to them
property receipted.
Upon receipts of the articles
you will examine as to their quality,
condition LC, and report the result to
this office.
